February 5, 2010 - PropertyGuys.com, Canada's largest private sale marketing company, wrapped up its annual four-day franchise conference at the legendary MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, by handing out its coveted Revvy Awards, given to the system's top performers.

"PropertyGuys.com is driven by the collective vision of a dedicated group of franchisees that aren’t afraid to rock the boat and challenge conventional thinking," says Ken LeBlanc, President and CEO. "Our franchise owners work tirelessly to help buyers and sellers save big money on real estate transactions. The Revvy Awards allow us to recognize those locations that stand out in any given year."

For many participants, the Revvy Awards gala is the highlight of the conference; even more so this year with a vibrant “60’s” theme and many franchisees decked out in full costume. The top award, “Franchisee of the Year”, is handed out to the best of the best in the system. The award recognizes a passion for private sale, our customers and the company, and includes criteria such as listing numbers, customer satisfaction, financial success and growth.

This year Donny Legere of Moncton, New Brunswick, became the first franchise owner in company history to be selected "Franchisee of the Year" in back-to- back years.

"We are extremely honored and somewhat shocked to be recognized in such a way," says Legere, who's been working alongside his wife Tiffany over the past five years. "With the system growing the way it has and with so many other worthy franchisees emerging, we really didn’t think we had a shot at repeating. We would like to thank all our customers who believe that selling privately is the best way to sell a house," says Legere.

- Top Performer (West): Simon A. Jones, Kootenays, BC

- Top Performer (Central): Dave Waters, Guelph, ON

- Top Performer (East): Donny and Tiffany Legere, Moncton, NB
