July 8, 2009 - Scottsdale, Ariz. – Noodles Development, LP, franchisor of the fast casual restaurant chain “Nothing but Noodles,” announced today the opening of its third Albuquerque area restaurant, located at 2641 Coors Blvd. NW, in Quail Plaza. The opening marks the third of six the company has planned over the next few years in New Mexico.

While there are already two locations on the east side of town, customers on the west side will now, too, be able to enjoy the fresh global cuisine, quick service, family-friendly atmosphere and no-tipping environment that Noodles has to offer.

The new restaurant is owned and operated by Ron Treviño of Albuquerque. Ron comes to the restaurant industry as a long time businessman and is advised by family with extensive backgrounds in food services.

“I grew to love Nothing but Noodles while eating at one of the east side stores after moving here six years ago,” says Ron. “I jumped at the opportunity to open one on the west side of Albuquerque, and the early customer response has been wonderful. People are very happy to see us here.”
