March 22, 2009 - Karie Kaufmann explored the ActionCOACH opportunity when a friend told her about the company and felt she might be interested in connecting with it.

With her passion for helping small business owners, she soon joined the ActionCOACH business coaching firm owned by Brian Newport in San Diego County.

Kaufmann is not new to business coaching. In her previous career, she has been a successful Business Coach with another well-known organization for three years. This experience will give her an edge as an ActionCOACH Business Coach.

Kaufmann is adept at taking complex concepts or situations and breaking them down into simple steps. This will be beneficial in her new role as an ActionCOACH. With many bottom-line achievements under her belt, Kaufmann is positioned for success as an ActionCOACH.

“I helped small business owners develop systems, particularly in the areas of lead generation, training and profitable growth. I also helped a small business owner who was experiencing explosive growth to implement systems and streamline processes,” she said. “As an Account Manager for a high tech company, I secured over $1 million in revenues within three months of accepting the job.”

An opportunity to live in Spain for a year and traveling throughout Europe was an eye-opener for Kaufmann.

“After all the learning and experiences I accumulated from this overseas opportunity, I could not go back to an ordinary job,” she said. “I wanted a new challenge to continually learn and grow and at the same time be able to help other business owners do the same.”

Kauffmann is an alumnus of the University of the Pacific where she successfully completed an MBA program in 2001. Active in her local community, she is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce, BNI and a variety of other local networking groups and events.
