February 5, 2009 - In a time when some small businesses are closing their doors for good, the doors of the Glass Doctor® of Northshore franchise owned by Brian Moser are now open.

Glass Doctor of Northshore offers mobile residential, automotive, and commercial glass repair and replacement services to northern Cook County and Lake County. The shop is open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 24-hour emergency service is available.

“We’re off to a great start thanks to the response from the community and the Glass Doctor service system,” Moser said. “Our focus is on quality service and added value for your money. Whether it’s a broken window, a cracked windshield or a shower enclosure, we can take care of it.”

Upon purchasing the Glass Doctor franchise in August 2008, Moser attended the most in-depth training in the glass services industry, a 10-day training course on the latest glass repair technology, customer service techniques and marketing methods held at the Glass Doctor University Training Center in Waco, Texas.

Glass Doctor of Northshore now employs two glass service technicians, an office manager and an outside sales representative.

The independently owned and operated shop is located at 1983 N. Lake Terrace in Glenview.
