February 7, 2008 - The Howarth Franchising Group continues to develop its team of experienced consultants by appointing Howard Williams to advise clients in London and East Anglia.

Howard has twenty-five years management experience within a variety of different industries including direct sales, banking & finance, insurance and car rental. Having worked for HFC Bank for several years, he subsequently set up and ran his own successful finance brokerage. For the last decade, he has been involved in franchising – most of this time spent with National and Alamo Car Rental (both major global franchised brands). At National and Alamo, Howard covered all aspects of franchise development and support and directed the Quality programmes for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He was the main point of contact for all issues of customer service and service delivery for a network of 52 franchised countries working across the whole spectrum of franchises from momma & poppa operations through to large operating subsidiaries of major global brands such as the Peugeot Citroën group. He is therefore, highly experienced in both Master Franchising as well as domestic network development. Howard explained: “My broad business background combined with my extensive experience of franchising means that I am able to fully understand the needs of my clients and able to offer a complete range of consultancy services to prospective and existing franchisors.” Howard specialises in developing Quality Management Systems and strategies designed to enable franchisors to deliver class-leading Customer Service through their franchisees.
