Sofi’s Crepes was developed by Ann Costlow, a former stockbroker of 16 years who was in need of a creative outlet. After spending time in France, she decided a crepe café would be the perfect solution.

In 2004, Ann opened Sofi’s Crepes offering sweet and savory crepes for the masses. “Our crepes are a fabulous experience for all of your senses,” states Ann, “you watch them being made, they smell divine, and taste of out this world.
