July 5, 2005 - Chris, who has four children, was attracted by the option of working for himself and has decided to implement Ovenu’s franchising model in a key area of the Nottingham.

Ovenu’s environmentally friendly valeting service involves dismantling key components of an oven (door, interior panels, fan and shelves) and placing them into design-registered equipment which uses non-caustic products to clean the oven parts. The whole process takes around three hours and leaves the oven, hob and exterior in immaculate condition.

Last year, Ovenu commissioned a survey which revealed that cleaning the oven is Britain’s most hated household chore. Sixty percent of people surveyed said that cleaning the oven was their worst chore - second only to scrubbing the toilet!
