June 24, 2005 - The company, which started off in the town over 11 years ago, now has over 100 franchises throughout the UK and recently extended the Ovenu brand to Spain and all the way down under to Australia.
A new purpose built training facility in Wokingham covers 1600 square feet and will be used to train new franchisees, not only from the UK but also from abroad, with the latest franchisees from Australia arriving shortly.
The new facility will also become the headquarters of Ovenu’s administration centre, offering increased storage facilities.
On average the valeting process takes around three hours and involves dismantling key components of an oven (door, interior panels, fan and shelves) and placing them into design-registered equipment which uses non-caustic products to clean the oven parts.
Only when a new franchisee has undergone and passed the extensive training programme will they be able to join the Ovenu business and take full advantage of the franchise support service
Ovenu founder and Owner, Rik Hellewell, says;
“These new premises will enable all our new franchisees from around the world to receive the best possible training, ensuring all their clients are given the best service.”
“We’ve taken our time designing the new facility and can’t wait to get our first batch of people through the doors who we are expecting to be from our Australian arm”
“Being able to keep everything under one roof is a huge bonus and the money saved by increasing our bulk orders of cleaning products, will enable us keep the costs to our clients at a reasonable level.”
“It’s a very important period of growth for Ovenu as we had delayed from further expansion until the new facility was ready to be operational. We now feel that we can meet the demand for new franchisees and ensure the high quality of service continues as we expand overseas”.
