Reiter Praises the Salon Franchise’s Mission to Support Independent Beauty and Wellness Service Providers

Sola Salons, a leading salon studio franchise with more than 740 locations, has named Christine Reiter director of marketing. She leverages her extensive experience in franchise marketing, brand building and creative leadership at brands such as Perspire Sauna Studio and Habit Burger & Grill to support Sola Salons’ growth.

Reiter said Sola’s mission of helping independent beauty, wellness and personal service professionals holds great appeal. “Sola has built a strong, established network, and my role is about bringing fresh structure, resources and creative energy to strengthen the brand, while also making it easier for franchisees to market locally and drive growth in their own businesses.”

Building scalable, easily executable local marketing programs begins with a streamlined launch process to help new studios open strong and build early momentum, she said. “Across the system, the goal is to provide the right level of marketing support to fit franchisees, whether they are seasoned multi-unit operators or first-time owners building their business.”

Ben Jones, CEO of Sola’s parent company, Radiance Holdings, said Reiter is the ideal person to drive the salon studio franchise’s growth. “She will help our Sola franchisees with brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns and new location opening plans. We are fortunate to have Christine here with us at Sola Salons,” Jones said.

CDO Scott Thompson also endorsed Reiter’s appointment. “Christine brings a wealth of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing and franchise support, and she will play a key role in driving growth, elevating our brand presence and supporting both franchisees and beauty professionals,” Thompson said.

Improving Marketing Initiatives

Reiter said marketing is most effective when franchisors focus on building systems that empower local execution. “That means having clear brand standards, easy-to-use tools, ongoing education and the right partnerships to support franchisees on the ground. Marketing works best when strategy, storytelling and support come together and franchisees feel backed by the brand.”

In her free time, Reiter enjoys being active, especially outdoors and near the water. “I like hanging out at the beach, trying to surf or getting outside with my two big dogs. I have three kids who are now young adults, and we’ve always loved traveling together and doing outdoorsy things as a family. Snowboarding is a favorite.”
