Sola Salons Names Annie Winship Senior VP of Marketing

Winship Praises the Salon Suite Franchise’s Leadership Team and Mission

Sola Salons, a leading studio suite franchise owned by Radiance Holdings, has named Annie Winship senior vice president of marketing. Winship is a seasoned marketing executive who brings an extensive understanding of digital performance marketing to the role. Ben Jones, CEO of Radiance Holdings, announced Winship’s appointment along with that of Daryl Hurst, Sola’s new president and COO.

Winship’s Professional Background

Winship’s work history includes serving as senior director of customer acquisition at One Medical Group, a San Francisco-based health care provider, and in various leadership roles at Expedia Group’s Hotwire.com. She also has served as vice president of marketing for Patxi’s Pizza, Little Passports and Octave. 

While at the medical startup Octave, Winship built a marketing team from the ground up, which she said prepared her for working with franchisees of all sizes. “I love how working at startups teaches you to be able to straddle being strategic and scrappy,” she said. “Marketing is half math and half creativity, and I look forward to continuing to build upon Sola’s incredibly strong foundation.”
