Hildebrand Leads Franchise Development for Newest Brand Partner, SWEAT440
REP’M Group, a leading franchise development company, has named Erin Hildebrand director of franchise development for its newest brand partner, SWEAT440. She will oversee the fitness franchise’s growth by supporting new and current franchisees. In addition to SWEAT440, REP’M Group’s other brand partners include Musicologie, MilkShake Factory, Pause Studio, 4Ever Young Anti Aging Solutions, Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique, Garage Kings, Facialworks, 2nd Family, Art of Drawers, sugaringLA, HOMEstretch, Alloy Personal Training and HealthSource.
“I’m excited to join the founders of SWEAT440, Cody Patrick and Matt Miller, as they execute their clear vision for expansion,” Hildebrand said. “The brand’s unique differentiators, including its tech-driven experience, focus on Item 7 and strong franchisee validation, make it an exceptional investment opportunity.”
She added that she looks forward to working with REP’M Group’s experienced leadership team and appreciates its strong corporate culture. “The team truly understands the systems and technology needed to pave the way for success,” Hildebrand said. “REP’M feels like a home away from home, with constant motivation, recognition and opportunities for growth.”
Rachel Stender, vice president of franchise sales and development for REP’M, said Hildebrand’s expertise in boutique fitness and ability to connect with aspiring franchisees make her a great fit for her role with SWEAT440. “Her passion to understand each potential franchisee’s goals and align them with the SWEAT440 culture is invaluable, and she will play a critical role in expanding their footprint throughout the country,” Stender said.
Responsible Franchise Growth
Responsible franchising is at the core of everything REP’M’s does, Hildebrand said. “Responsible franchising is about building a strong infrastructure that franchisees can rely on, including established vendor relationships, direct buying power, effective playbooks, ongoing support and engagement tools,” she said. “While the franchisor-franchisee relationship can be complex, my professional mentors have taught me that a franchise brand’s success is directly tied to the success of its franchise partners. This shared goal should always guide decision-making. REP’M leads the way in responsible franchising, carefully vetting each brand to ensure our new partners fully understand their responsibilities and expectations.”
Boutique Fitness Franchising
Hildebrand got her start in franchising in 2016 when she served as director of franchise development for Club Pilates. “Over time, I discovered my passion for helping individuals expand and diversify their investment portfolios while maintaining a holistic approach to franchise development,” she said.
During her time with the Pilates franchise, Hildebrand immersed herself in strategic meetings, franchise and general manager training, system calls and more, which gave her a deep appreciation for the power of franchising, she said. “Providing a comprehensive support system and toolkit transforms everyday individuals into successful business owners.”
Hildebrand said she has stayed in fitness franchising for as long as she has because she’s personally experienced the physical and mental benefits of maintaining a consistent workout routine. “The gym has become my stress outlet, essential for balancing my hectic schedule,” she said. “SWEAT440 eliminates time barriers with its Flex-Time scheduling, offering efficient 40-minute classes that start every 10 minutes. This unique flexibility makes fitness more accessible than ever.”
