Taylor Joined the Franchise Development Company in 2022

REP’M Group, a leading franchise development company, has promoted John Taylor to senior director of franchise development. Taylor joined REP’M in 2022 as director of franchise development, and he is now responsible for overseeing the growth of HOMEstretch, a home preparation services company.

“I’m thrilled to lead HOMEstretch as it has been such an amazing brand to partner with,” Taylor said. “The brand’s success is a testament to what the leadership team has built and the people they have surrounded themselves with. The validation from franchisees is in a class of its own!”

Taylor said REP’M has improved in important areas since he joined the franchise development company. “The standard of culture, process and character has only gotten better,” he said. “When I first arrived at REP’M, the organization was top tier and I think it has only continued to elevate since then. I am certainly excited about the personal growth track that comes with my new role, but most importantly, I look forward to making a bigger impact on the brands that we partner with and the REP’M team as a whole.”

Taylor said REP’M Group’s focus on confident and responsible franchise development is meaningful for him. “There is no higher form of sales than helping someone through one of the biggest decisions of their personal lives. This comes with a heightened level of connection and responsibility to our clients and the brand they are pursuing. REP’M fully embraces this in everything it does.”

Rachel Stender, vice president of franchise sales and development for REP’M Group, said Taylor’s dedication, integrity and leadership contributed to his promotion. “He excels at building strong relationships with candidates and consultants, fostering trust and collaboration,” Stender said. “Always strategizing on the big picture, John’s focus extends beyond individual goals – benefiting the brand, franchisees and REP’M Group as a whole. I’m excited to see him thrive in this new role and continue making an impact within the industry and our team!”

Taylor’s Entrepreneurial Background

Taylor’s professional experience includes working in his family business growing up and serving in various hospitality management and relationship-based roles in the restaurant and construction spaces.

He recently went into business for himself by opening a South Carolina-based HOMEstretch franchise location, which has helped inform his mission for sustainable and responsible brand development. “Owning a HOMEstretch helps me understand the brand I am presenting and developing on a completely higher level. You can’t really own everything you are a part of developing but when the right one comes along, I don’t miss the opportunity.”

While all of these experiences have benefited him in his career, Taylor said his greatest influences were his entrepreneurial parents because he saw firsthand the amount of work they put into running their business.
