Taylor will Help Manage the Growth of the Garage Floor Installing Franchise

REP’M Group, a leading franchise development firm, named John Taylor director of franchise development for Garage Kings, a garage floor installing franchise. Taylor brings experience in sales, project management, construction, and has an extensive flooring background in B2B and B2C markets.

“Through valued relationships, I have the pleasure of representing Garage Kings as an emerging home services brand for REP’M Group. I could not be more excited to work with both organizations and the networks of talented individuals we associate with,” Taylor said. He looks forward to changing lives through franchise ownership and was attracted to REP’M Group’s commitment to “responsible and sustainable growth and doing it at the highest level.”

REP’M Group’s leadership team is excited to have Taylor on board. “We could not be more excited to have John join the REP’M team! His background is perfect for his role. After interviewing John, I knew within five minutes he was a perfect match. We are excited to see what he accomplishes in his new role as lead director for Garage Kings,” said Nick Sheehan, co-founder and managing partner of REP’M Group.

In addition to Taylor, Julia Berman was named director of franchise development of skoah facial shop, a Franworth brand along with Garage Kings. Other franchise partners with REP’M include Ellie Mental Health, Pause Studio, Splash and Dash, and KidoKinetics

Taylor and Franchising

Taylor got his start in franchising by working with franchisors to improve build out quality and cost. His favorite aspect of the industry is that “a good brand’s success can be easily replicated with the right team and culture. I love growth and working with individuals who share that common goal.”

In addition to finding the ideal concept, Taylor advises prospects to find the right people who will help them succeed. “A brand is only as good as the people behind it.”

Taylor enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and athletics. He golfs in the spring, hunts during peak season, and fishes everywhere in between.
