Jones Applies Extensive Experience in Building Scalable Financial Systems to Help Drive the Bath Remodeling Franchise’s Growth

Re-Bath, a leading bathroom remodeling franchise, has appointed Jack Jones chief financial officer. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Re-Bath’s financial management, such as long-term planning, performance analysis and companywide alignment. His background includes 20-plus years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and financial strategy within private equity-backed and multi-unit franchisee organizations.

“The role came about through conversations about strengthening the finance organization and building something more scalable. I was drawn to the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of a national brand that has both momentum and room to modernize,” Jones said. “Re-Bath is at a stage where strong financial structure can unlock a significant amount of growth. The brand has demand, strong operators and a clear position in the home remodeling market.”

He looks forward to building a finance function that gives Re-Bath’s leadership and franchise operators clearer visibility into what drives performance. “That includes better reporting, cleaner data, standardized processes and tools that make it easier for operators to run stronger businesses. Re-Bath has a strong foundation. Creating a financial and operational infrastructure that supports growth and improves decision-making across the network is what motivates me.”

Brad Hillier, CEO of Re-Bath, said Jones’ financial experience will drive the bathroom remodeling business’ growth forward. “His extensive experience in building scalable financial systems, optimizing operational performance and guiding strategic growth initiatives will strengthen our leadership team, enhance decision-making across the organization, and position the company for sustained success as we continue to expand our franchise network,” Hillier said.

Jones said franchisors can enhance financial performance by emphasizing clarity, consistency and practical execution. “That means standardizing systems and definitions so results are comparable, presenting insights in a way operators can act on, and tying reporting to the real levers that improve profitability. The strongest financial initiatives help franchisees make better day-to-day decisions, not just review more data.”

He credited his lifelong fandom of the Philadelphia Phillies and Pittsburgh Steelers with teaching him to remain optimistic, patient and appreciative of victories when they arrive. “Sometimes it takes decades.”
