Cantwell Will Drive the Bathroom Remodeling Franchise’s Media Initiatives, Elevate Digital Experiences
The Phoenix-based Re-Bath franchise has named Amy Cantwell vice president of marketing. Cantwell, a marketing professional with more than two decades of experience, leverages network budgets for efficient media buys and develops data-driven strategies across all digital channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media and website optimization. She reports to chief revenue officer Sharon Villegas.
“We have an incredible opportunity to set the standard for what marketing can and should look like in the home services space,” Cantwell said. “We’re not just aiming to improve – we’re setting out to revolutionize marketing within the industry. While we have some work ahead of us, that vision of the future remains a driving force for me and the entire team.”
She discovered Re-Bath after being contacted by the brand’s executives to learn more about her background in the automotive industry. Cantwell said she was sold on the bathroom remodeling franchise the more she learned about it.

Quotes from the Leadership Team
Villegas praised Cantwell as a great addition to the team who will propel the bathroom remodeling franchise’s marketing efforts to the next level. “She has all of the knowledge, creativity and dedication to thrive in this role, and we’re looking forward to what she brings to Re-Bath’s next chapter,” Villegas said.
CEO Brad Hillier said he is thrilled to have Cantwell take on this role. “We are confident that her leadership, combined with the unique skill set of our current team, will bring a fresh perspective and the strength needed to navigate evolving needs while enhancing our marketing performance,” Hillier said.
The Complexities of Marketing
Cantwell’s journey into franchising began at McMURRY/TMG LLC, a nationally renowned content marketing agency. During that time, she worked with franchise clients and quickly realized that diving into franchising was an exciting challenge. “Although our primary goal was to drive sales or enrollments, we successfully built data-driven campaigns that earned several awards along the way. Franchising is like a complex puzzle of brand strategies and local market dynamics.”
Cantwell has also held marketing positions at Manifest, EXOS and Martz Parsons. These experiences taught her that marketing can be a powerful lever for driving business results and achieving objectives, she said. “If you build a holistic measurement framework, you’ll better understand the true value of marketing, where you can scale and how to invest effectively to align with your broader business goals.”
Additionally, Cantwell said starting an Airbnb rental and co-owning a winery and vineyard with her husband gave her valuable insight into how every part of a business is interconnected. “I believe that marketing campaigns can’t operate in isolation,” she said. “Effective collaboration requires a deep understanding of the brand, market, audience and unique demographics and motivations of each local community. That’s the key to delivering results that not only resonate on a broader scale but also speak directly to the local consumer.”
Cantwell is a new mom who lives with her husband and daughter in Arizona. She and her husband are advocates of Arizona wine and community involvement.
