Petersen Brings Decades of Franchising and Sales Experience to the Role
Re-Bath, a leading bathroom remodeling franchise, announced Adam Petersen as vice president of franchise development. He will oversee all aspects of the Re-Bath franchise system and brings decades of franchising and sales experience to the role.
“I feel extremely lucky to have this opportunity to join the Re-Bath team. After working with numerous franchise brands over the years, from small emerging brands to larger public companies, I have found a great fit with a mature franchise organization like Re-Bath,” Petersen said.
He added that “the current ownership group has their sights set on aggressive expansion and would like to fill out the remaining white space in Re-Bath territories across the U.S. over the next couple of years. It was the right time for me to take advantage of a great opportunity.”

Adam Petersen is the new vice president of franchise development for Re-Bath.
Petersen looks forward to being a part of Re-Bath’s expansion. “Reaching the goals that we have in place is going to require a strong team effort and a lot of hard work along the way. The results will speak volumes once we get there, and that rewarding feeling of accomplishment is something we all strive for every day.”
Re-Bath’s leadership team believes that Petersen’s background will help him in the role. “Adam’s passion for the franchising industry means he is driven to bring in opportunity for expansion in many large markets. Adam’s skill set assures us he is a great addition to our leadership team,” said Brad Hillier, CEO of Re-Bath.
Petersen’s Franchising Background
Prior to joining Re-Bath, Petersen served as director of franchise sales at Ori’Zaba’s Scratch Mexican Grill and Seva Beauty. His first role in franchise development was in 2010 with NOVUS Glass. “I came into that role with a background in advertising sales working primarily with small business owners, including franchisees. I have always had a deep interest in business ownership and really enjoy working with entrepreneurial-minded individuals who can spot good opportunities and run with them.”
To Petersen, franchising allows entrepreneurs to do just that. “I love opportunity, and I love watching people succeed; therefore, I plan to spend the remainder of my career helping people achieve the dream of business ownership and creating many more success stories along the way.”
Home Services Trends
Petersen is a fan of the growing, billion-dollar home services industry and believes the trend toward investing in them will continue. “I feel great about Re-Bath’s upward growth trajectory and look forward to watching it continue in the years to come.”
Petersen believes that Re-Bath will continue to innovate. “Franchising is a true partnership. Re-Bath is consistently investing in new resources to make sure franchisees are successful.” Recent examples include a complete revamping of the brand’s training and onboarding process and expanding national account programs through Lowe’s, Home Depot, Sam’s Club, and more. “The amount of time, energy, and effort that is being placed into ensuring immediate success for Re-Bath franchise owners is off the charts.” Taking your time and doing research are important to the process of buying a franchise, in Petersen’s view. “There are a lot of different franchise brands across many different industries. Zero in on your tolerance for risk and make sure that the brands you are exploring fit the mold of what you are.”
