Mazin Will Focus on Enhancing Client Experience
Lana Mazin has been promoted to vice president of relationship marketing of Raintree, a franchise development company that works with emerging brands. With this new role, Mazin will focus on the company’s relationship marketing to ensure that franchise consultants and their candidates have a good experience. As Raintree expands, Mazin’s promotion is one of several new additions to Raintree’s leadership team.
Mazin’s promotion came as a thrilling surprise. “I am most looking forward to building my team and providing the best support to our franchise consultant partners,” Mazin said.
Raintree’s leadership team took to social media to share the news. “If you know Lana, you know this promotion was well-deserved! Lana’s rise from intern to her new role has been nothing short of meteoric. In her almost six years at Raintree, Lana has developed a multi-faceted mastery of all things franchise development. But where she thrives is in her relentless quest to create the very best experience for our franchise consultant partners and their clients,” Raintree’s post reads.
Additionally, Raintree’s leadership team believes that she is a good fit because “she exemplifies one of our most important core values every day – have fun.”

From Intern to Vice President
Mazin’s start in the industry was a happy accident. “I was in the process of getting my Master’s in Marketing and needed an internship. I ended up at Raintree and that was over five years ago,” she said. Her favorite part of the industry is “helping people achieve their dreams of entrepreneurship and how closely knit everyone in franchising is.”
Mazin believes that Raintree will continue to positively impact the future of franchising. “The focus of Raintree is ethical franchise growth. It is fairly easy to sell franchises but opening them and providing strong support takes quite a bit of work. Raintree only partners with brands that have strong support and a proven track record of owner success. I am proud to work with an organization that truly cares about the placements we make,” she said.
