Arntz Joined the Regenerative Medicine Franchise as an Injection Specialist

QC Kinetix, a regenerative medicine franchise, has promoted Ginger Arntz to vice president of innovation. Arntz, a certified family nurse practitioner, focuses on optimizing patient outcomes and systemwide success.

“When I came to QC Kinetix, I didn’t know much about franchising,” said Arntz, who joined the franchise in 2021 as an injection specialist. “But I immediately fell in love with the concept and saw firsthand how non-surgical treatments were changing lives. The brand has skyrocketed in growth since I joined, and I’ve been working through this transformation period with QC Kinetix as they’ve evolved the brand, put more of an emphasis on franchisee support and enhanced the client experience.

“We are determining new ways to reach patients, structuring our departments to ensure efficiency and prioritizing long-term success over short-term gain,” Arntz said. “All of this excites me as I’m working in an industry where we have the opportunity to reinvent how people view medicine and modern pain relief.”

Ginger Arntz is the new vice president of innovation for QC Kinetix.

For Arntz, being innovative is about more than following trends. “It can be about finding new ways to work with what you already have, or to eliminate a process or a tool to increase efficiency and enhance your operations for better outcomes,” she explained. “A big part of innovation is research and making data-driven decisions. There is a lot of noise in the industry when it comes to innovative patient care, so we have to test out what is going to be the best fit for our brand and our patients. QC Kinetix is already ahead of the game in health care, and what we offer in terms of regenerative medicine is different from anything on the current market, so we have to continue our research to maintain our position.”

Strategic Promotions

QC Kinetix has also promoted Michael Huzl to vice president of finance, Alexandra White to vice president of medical operations and Dr. Corey Riser to vice president of growth.

CEO Mark Montini said he is confident that Arntz and her colleagues will continue to drive the brand forward. “These four promotions are a key strategic decision in our current brand transformation as we continue to scale and innovate. QC Kinetix is devoted to raising the bar when it comes to patient care, and in creating the best patient outcomes, we are also creating a strong business opportunity for franchisees and supporting their growth,” Montini said.
