Montini Brings Experience with Multiple Franchise Brands to Leadership Role with Regenerative Medicine Brand
QC Kinetix, a regenerative medicine franchise, has announced the appointment of Mark Montini as CEO. The seasoned franchise executive applies his leadership experience with multiple franchises in overseeing QC Kinetix’s next phase of growth.

Franchising and Leadership
Montini’s professional background spans multiple industries, including food service, home services and marketing. He has held executive leadership positions with notable brands including Tropical Smoothie Café, Premium Service Brands, Floor Coverings International, Promio and Naranga.
Montini’s first experience with franchising came with Real Easy Technology, a marketing technology and services business he founded that eventually evolved into serving emerging franchise brands. After selling the business, Montini joined the franchisor side, which he said has been his focus ever since. “My favorite aspect of franchising is the impact it can have on people’s lives – helping them turn their dreams into successful, scalable businesses that ultimately create generational wealth.”
He said his main focus as a leader is to inspire and equip others with the tools and support to succeed. “As a CEO, my focus is on aligning our organization around a clear vision, fostering a positive and high-performing culture and challenging people to embrace continuous improvement. If we get the vision, culture and people right, exceptional results naturally follow.”
When he’s not working, Montini enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Marybeth, and their three children.
