Zook’s Vision for PSB Focuses on Franchisee Success, Community Support and Philanthropy
Premium Service Brands (PSB), an umbrella of home services franchises, has tapped Madeleine Zook as chief marketing officer (CMO). In her new role, she will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across PSB’s franchise network. Additionally, she will collaborate with franchise development, operations, and other cross-functional teams and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
PSB has long held Zook’s attention due to its commitment to franchisee success. When chief executive officer Paul Flick reached out to her about the role, Zook was impressed with the leadership team’s passion for hands-on assistance and commitment to the franchise community. Zook sees this position as an opportunity to continue her dedication to foster success “from the highest echelons down to the grassroots level.”
She looks forward to engaging with and learning from PSB’s franchise partners, adding that by “recognizing this opportunity as a means to further that dedication, I eagerly anticipate collaborating with PSB to cultivate both immediate and enduring accomplishments.”

Finding Love in Franchising
Zook’s journey in franchising began with MaidPro, where she dedicated nearly a decade of her career. During that time, MaidPro transformed into Threshold Brands, and she has served as the umbrella franchisor’s senior brand officer and CMO. Her journey took a pleasant turn when she met a MaidPro franchisee named Jesse Zook, who would later become her husband. Today, they are multi-unit owners of four franchise brands and parents of three children.
For the past few years, Zook has ventured into the supplier side of franchising, gaining insights into optimal support structures and industry best practices. She loves the fact that franchising fosters a vibrant community of support and opportunities for learning and growth. “Witnessing countless brilliant business minds collaborate to nurture the expansion of small businesses is truly inspiring.”
Franchising and Philanthropy
In addition to helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams, Zook has seen how philanthropy presents opportunities for franchise brands to make meaningful contributions. She is the founder of Franthropic, a resource designed to drive awareness for philanthropic initiatives taken by franchise brands, and Together She Can, a 501(c)3 that provides hygiene and beauty products for women experiencing homelessness.
PSB has a philanthropic program of its own: Kids-Lift. Zook describes the initiative as a unified platform that facilitates streamlined charitable efforts to support children, providing franchisees with a playbook for giving back. “Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.”
