Pancheros Names Bill Adams Vice President of Operations

Adams Will Provide Operational Leadership and Foster the Mexican Restaurant Franchisor’s Growth

Bill Adams has been named the vice president of operations of Pancheros, a Mexican restaurant franchise that serves burritos, tacos, salads, quesadillas, and more. With this new role, Adams will provide operational leadership to franchisees and foster the company’s growth. Adams has more than two decades of restaurant industry experience and has been a fan of Pancheros since he was in college.

In a statement, Adams said, “I am thrilled to be joining Pancheros and forming a strong team which will continue to expand upon the growth the brand has built over the years.” Adams has always admired Pancheros because “it is truly an operator’s brand, given that all complexity is removed with our focus on simplicity and freshness.”

Adams looks forward to working with Pancheors’ franchise owners. One of his main goals is to help Pancheros grow its franchise portfolio and footprint nationwide.

“We’re glad to have Bill join our team. He brings years of operational experience and is a proven leader in the restaurant industry. Bill has an impressive track record of running restaurants with a focus on simplicity, so his vision for our brand and his unique perspective on the industry itself is something that we’re confident will help propel the Pancheros brand into new levels of success,” said Rodney Anderson, president and founder of Pancheros.

Adams’ Restaurant Experience

Before joining Pancheros, Adams was with Jimmy John’s for six years. He also worked with other leading brands including Dunkin’ and CoreLife Eatery.

Adams has experience working both in operations and as a franchisee. “My favorite part about franchising is the opportunity it provides for one’s ability to grow professionally and within your community. Franchising allows you to achieve your dreams and career goals and one of the best parts is seeing the growth of the people on the journey alongside you,” Adams said.

A Love of Franchising

To Adams, franchising “is truly a team-oriented industry, and each member is an integral part of the franchise. From the folks who wash dishes and mop floors to the servers and leadership team, each person plays a role in creating the fun, hospitable environment.”

For entrepreneurs looking to make the leap into franchising, Adams says, “The first step is to find a segment. Whatever it is, it should be something you are passionate about. Franchising is not just a job; it’s a lifestyle, so you have to truly believe in the brand.”

Throughout his years in franchising, Adams has learned the importance of networking. “There are plenty of networking and mentorship opportunities in the restaurant community, so you’ll find resources as long as you’re committed to your growth,” Adams said.

Adams believes he is well suited for his role. “I enjoy working with fast-paced hospitality brands that truly care about making their guests’ days better, and I’ve found that restaurant brands are the perfect match for my high energy and passionate personality,” Adams said.
