These Fast-Food Franchises Bring Munich to the Masses in Honor of the German-Inspired Celebration
Every October, Germans everywhere go all out for Oktoberfest with seasonal brews, food and celebrations. Franchise restaurants and pubs partake in the autumn festival with seasonal products, deals and menu items. Below is a list of food franchisors getting into the Oktoberfest 2023 spirit.

Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ
The Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ franchise is embracing its inner German by offering Oktoberfest-inspired menu items. These limited-time offerings include Schweinebraten, a smoked pork with BBQ sauce, spicy mustard, and onions; Wurstl, a bratwurst topped with sauerkraut and bacon; and the “Brezen,” (above) a large pretzel filled with ten nuggets and served with rich beer cheese. To wash down all that food, the hot dog franchise has a selection of fall and Oktoberfest-themed beers at its locations’ self-pour beer walls. Guests also enjoy discounts when booking an axe-throwing lane during “Axe-toberfest.”
Dog Haus
In celebration of Oktoberfest 2023, Dog Haus added Oktoberwürst Sausage to its “Absolute Würst Sausage Series.” Guests can enjoy this seasonal treat in four ways: the Wurst Way, Your Way, Corn Dog Way, and Breakfast Way. To give back, Dog Haus is donating $1 from the purchase of each Oktoberwürst to No Kid Hungry, a nonprofit with the mission to end childhood hunger.
The Melting Pot
The Melting Pot is bringing back Oktober FondueFest every Monday-Thursday through October 26 to celebrate Oktoberfest 2023 The Oktober FondueFest 3-Course meal features a special Bavarian Beer Cheese Fondue, bratwurst, braised short rib, pretzels, and more, along with a choice of salad and Black Forest Chocolate Fondue. Guests can also enjoy Sam Adams Octoberfest beer and Oktoberfest-inspired cocktails.
Wienerschnitzel
The Wienerschnitzel hot dog franchise is offering its version of the popular German sausage, Bratwurst to celebrate Oktoberfest 2023. Guests can customize their Bratwurst with mustard and grilled onions or Wienerschnitzel’s Kraut and chili.
