The Indoor Entertainment Franchise Offers Special Experiences for Families
Launch Entertainment, an indoor family entertainment concept, tapped Craig Erlich as chief executive officer (CEO). He brings experience in training, operations and procurement.
“I’m honored to have the opportunity to continue evolving this leading family entertainment concept. While the brand has successfully expanded its footprint amid an aggressive franchise growth plan, there is still significant new location whitespace, and I plan to continue fanning the development flames throughout the next few years and beyond. I am also looking forward to working closely with the strong team at Launch as well as the current and future franchisees,” Erlich said in a statement.
He was attracted to Launch because it gives customers exciting experiences like bowling, restaurant, bar, laser tag, virtual experience, ninja warrior courses, full arcades, and more. Erlich is excited about the opportunities with real estate and new centers across the country mixed with the customers’ desire for family fun.

Launch co-founder Rob Arnold believes that Erlich has what it takes to succeed in the role. “We are very excited to have Craig leading the Launch team given his impressive track record of growth and relentless focus on franchisee success. With dozens of locations under development and a pipeline full of sophisticated franchisees, Launch is poised for tremendous growth.”
Erlich’s Background
Erlich started in franchising over a decade ago working at Red Mango, a frozen yogurt franchise that he helped grow to over 300 locations. He has taken over other franchise brands and realized that the effort to dazzle the customer while partnering with franchisees had a similar playbook across industries. Throughout his career, he has worked with Friendly’s Restaurants, CVS, Jo-Ann Stores and KB Toys.
His favorite aspect of franchising is putting himself in franchisees’ shoes. He finds working withfranchisees of different personalities and experience levels very rewarding. Erlich is driven by helping franchisees become successful.
Franchisee Success
In his experience, Erlich has noticed that many franchisees enter a system looking for guidance and expertise, but the ones with the most success don’t compromise quality and execution. He urges candidates considering franchise ownership to work relentlessly to achieve their goals. “Being an entrepreneur has many challenges, but when you achieve success, there is no greater feeling.”
