Jabz continues to build up its leadership team with talented fitness industry executives. Today, the full-body circuit style workout that utilizes boxing-inspired exercises, announced the appointment of Erin Seaboyer as Director of Experience and Culture.
“I’ve worked with brands that are start-ups and brands that have a start-up mentality. Whether a concept is a few months old or several years, it’s the dedication and drive to continue building and improving that sets it apart. Jabz truly embodies that mindset as it keeps on growing in 2021,” said Seaboyer, who spent the last seven years perfecting and improving the culture of new locations with Solidcore and CorePower Yoga – the nation’s most revered fitness brands. “In addition to its mentality of perseverance, Jabz has the building blocks of a strong culture that I’m excited to foster and keep consistent across the board. By providing people with the tools they need, I’ll be able to use my skillset to build relationships and carry the momentum that Jabz has built.”
Seaboyer began her career in the fitness industry at the ground level as a fitness instructor. She worked her way up to multi-unit studio manager, eventually joining the senior leadership team at Solidcore as an expert in training and development. Seaboyer joins the Jabz team with a powerful foundation and confidence in the brand’s mission and the workout. In addition to her demonstrated talent in relationship-building, talent development and process improvement, Seaboyer is perfectly poised to match her extensive operations management, training, human resources and project management experience with Jabz.
“Erin is a breath of fresh air and is joining our team at precisely the right time,” said Danielle Scott, Brand President of Jabz. “Jabz is on the cusp of something great and with talented individuals like Erin being a part of the team, we can continue to grow and thrive in 2021 and beyond.”
Based in Scottsdale, Jabz is the industry’s leading boxing-inspired fitness concept due to its high intensity, results-driven workouts and strong sense of community. Even amid the pandemic in 2020, Jabz has signed agreements with entrepreneurs to open new locations in Florida, Texas, Maryland, Utah, Delaware and Pennsylvania. In early 2021, Jabz also opened a new studio in Salt Lake City, Utah. Its future franchising plans call for increasing its nationwide footprint into key markets such as Denver, Dallas-Fort Worth and Las Vegas, where it will establish an empowering community and energetic workout experience for members.
As the fitness concept continues to rapidly expand into attractive markets across the United States, Jabz is actively seeking qualified franchisees who are passionate about fitness and entrepreneurship. Supporting the expansion and ongoing operations, Jabz has partnered with ZGrowth, a consulting firm specializing in managing franchise sales, operations and brand development.
