Chadwick Will Oversee Marketing for KitchenGuard Franchise

Quick Chadwick has been announced as senior director of marketing for EverSmith Brands, a platform of franchise concepts focused on the commercial facilities sector. He will lead the marketing initiatives for KitchenGuard, a new B2B commercial hood and kitchen cleaning franchise. Other franchises under the EverSmith umbrella are Green Guard Services, Clintar and MilliCare. Chadwick’s awarding-winning marketing and public relations career spans more than 25 years.

“I loved the opportunity [with EverSmith] from the first moment. I was specifically intrigued with the fact that EverSmith Brands is a leading multi-brand B2B franchisor backed by The Riverside Co., a private equity firm. The opportunity to learn from a bunch of smart people, elevate my marketing career in franchising to expand to B2B, and grow the KitchenGuard brand from the ground up was extremely enticing,” Chadwick said.

Chadwick started out in public relations and sees communication as a key to franchise marketing. He credits his introduction to franchising to Any Lab Test Now CEO Clarissa Windham-Bradstock, who hired him as the brand’s first marketing professional. Chadwick is infatuated with the people aspect of franchising, from franchisees and co-workers to vendors and franchise brokers.

Chadwick’s marketing roles with Clean Juice and American Tires Distributors have allowed him to keep up with franchise marketing trends such as automation and artificial intelligence, which he doesn’t foresee ever slowing down.

The Fun of Marketing

When entrepreneurs consider investing in a franchise, Chadwick endorses the idea of choosing partners that align with their values. On the franchisor side, he believes in sticking to the basics: price, place, product, promotion and people. “Don’t assume sending out an email or other digital-only communications will break through the clutter. Be in multiple places as people are different. And don’t take yourself too seriously. Work hard but leave the egos aside. Marketing is fun!”
