The Experienced Operations Leader Will Spearhead the Commercial Cleaning Franchise’s Growth
Enviro-Master Services, a leading commercial cleaning franchise, has tapped Marty Hulse as chief operating officer. In this role, he will oversee the operations of Enviro-Master’s corporate stores, including two new acquisitions in Charlotte, N.C., and Atlanta. His responsibilities extend to supervising general managers in various markets, spearheading divisions including power washing, and developing standard operating procedures for franchisees.

He said the opportunity to leverage his previous experience in a large route-based organization attracted him to Enviro-Master. Franchising Novice
Hulse previously served as vice president of operations with Aramark Uniform Services, where he worked for 15 years, having started as a route sales representative and honing his skills in customer service and operations management.
As a novice in franchising, Hulse said he looks forward to optimizing business processes to increase customer and employee retention by streamlining workflows, improving the customer experience and building a bench of talent to lead corporate operations. “Joining Enviro-Master has been a remarkable journey. Outside of work, Hulse enjoys community activities and time with family and friends. He coaches his children’s volleyball and softball teams and is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan; his earlier experience includes work as conversion coordinator overseeing stadium maintenance and repair for the Philadelphia Eagles. A motto he lives by is, “Always do the right thing.”
