Drew Brees Goes Big With everbowl™

Drew Brees Everbowl

Brees Moves From Superbowl Star to Superfood Mogul with 25 More everbowl Franchise Locations

Drew Brees, the retired New Orleans Saints quarterback and Super Bowl champion, is dramatically boosting his investment in the everbowl restaurant franchise. California-based everbowl is a quick-serve restaurant franchise that specializes in healthful plant-based foods on its menu. Diners enjoy everbowl’s vibrant, enjoyable atmosphere and customizable menus.

Brees’s new deal adds 15 of the restaurants in Tennessee and 10 in Virginia to his original 60-site agreement. That original investment will place 15 restaurants each in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio; 10 in Illinois; and five in Louisiana, where Brees’s football fame is legendary.

Drew Brees’ Franchise Investments

Over the years, Brees has invested in several restaurant and fitness franchises. In a news release from everbowl, Brees said he’s totally on board with “everbowl’s quest to fuel active lifestyles in every community where residents want to become their best selves. I was first drawn to everbowl’s healthy, tasty meal options, and the more I looked into the company, the more its franchisee-focused approach, unit economics and aggressive-growth business model appealed to me from an investor’s perspective.”

The everbowl menu includes bowls and smoothies containing ingredients that are sought after by many health-conscious consumers as superfoods: acai, pitaya, matcha, blue majic and cacao among them. Diners can augment the superfoods with fresh fruits, nuts, berries and grains to create flavorful bowls tailored to their taste preferences.

everbowl Franchise Partnership

In this new agreement, Brees is partnering with Alex Yeater, one of everbowl’s area representatives, to jointly manage and operate the added 25 locations. Yeater and a partner recently opened the first everbowl location in Noblesville, Ind. This summer Brees will open an everbowl restaurant in West Lafayette, Ind., at his alma mater Purdue University. As the franchise grows, franchisees will benefit from well-honed best practices; they also will be able to explore additional markets by pooling their resources and complementing each other’s skill sets.

“It is certainly a thrill to be working with Drew Brees and his team,” Yeater said in the news release. “I look forward to building solid franchises and establishing sound operations with Drew as we make healthy eating accessible to everyone.”

everbowl’s Expansion

Jeff Fenster, CEO of everbowl, applauded Brees and Yeater for staking significant investment in the restaurant franchise. “We are thrilled to have Drew on board and partnering with Alex,” Fenster said in the company’s statement about the new deal. They support everbowl’s healthy-living mantra of “a simpler, more nutritious approach to fueling their bodies. Drew‘s business savvy and community spirit is a perfect fit for everbowl’s progressive management style and rapid expansion strategy.” Southern California-based everbowl, founded in 2016, has 50-plus sites in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Missouri, Nevada, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas and Utah. It is scheduled to open more than 150 locations, which includes expansion into Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Texas and North Carolina markets.
