Crandall Praises the Staffing Franchise’s People-First Culture and Scalable Business Model

DOXA Franchising, a home-based B2B staffing and recruiting franchise, has appointed Damon Crandall as senior director of franchise sales. Crandall leads DOXA’s franchise expansion by identifying and onboarding qualified franchisees in key markets. He brings 20-plus years of franchising experience to the position.

Crandall said the staffing franchise’s people-first culture and scalable business model solidified his decision to join the leadership team. “I’m most excited about the opportunity to positively change lives globally. DOXA is going to have an incredible impact on the lives of its franchisees, their clients and communities around the globe,” he said.

CEO David Nilssen said he believes Crandall’s leadership skills will drive the brand forward. “Damon’s deep understanding of franchising combined with his commitment to franchisee success make him the ideal person to lead our development efforts. His passion for connecting people with the right business opportunity aligns perfectly with DOXA’s mission of ethical outsourcing and business growth,” Nilssen said.

Crandall’s experience includes owning two franchise businesses and playing a pivotal role in franchise development at multiple brands such as UNITS Moving and Portable Storage Inc., Grand Welcome and Pillar To Post Home Inspectors.

He said his experience in franchise ownership, business growth and B2B sales uniquely positions him to guide potential franchisees in making informed investment decisions. “We only seek and award a franchise to top talent. I have been successful in the past by living with integrity and being brutally honest, and I will continue to harness these strengths within this role at DOXA.”

He added that franchisors should focus on the characteristics of their ideal franchisee to improve their franchise sales. “After that franchisee has been awarded a franchise, the success of that franchisee will have a dramatic impact on future franchise sales. Franchisors should focus on fit and ensure that their franchisees have every opportunity to be successful.”
