The New Position was Created to Accelerate Growth

Caring Senior Service, a non-medical senior home care franchise, welcomed Jeff Bevis as Chief Operating Officer (COO). He brings more than two decades of home care service experience to the position. Caring Senior Service founder and CEO Jeff Salter created the COO role to accelerate growth.

Bevis looks forward to leveraging the senior care brand’s technology platform, GreatCare, “with a robust learning management system to show caregivers and team members solid career paths with training guidance unlike any other home care company today.” He is also excited to work alongside directors and the leadership team to scale the business.

Salter is excited to have Bevis on board. “Jeff has a wealth of leadership and operational experience in the non-medical home care industry. His familiarity in growing home care companies like ours is unparalleled. The skill set Jeff brings to our table is certain to result in our expedited success.”

Bevis was attracted to the senior care franchise’s reputation and more than two decades of operational success “with a key focus on delivering the highest level of care in our industry.” He also appreciates the operational tools, systems, and people that are already in place to expand the brand. To stay ahead of the competition, Bevis believes that Senior Care Service has to expand brand awareness.

The Importance of Senior Care Services

Throughout his time with senior care brands like Comfort Keepers and FirstLight Home Care, Bevis has always seen the need for a higher quality of care in the industry. “Offering the very best in quality is paramount to more effectively serving seniors, the disabled population, and their families. Our approach delivers on this promise and has the potential to truly lead the industry in a verifiable, consistent manner.”

Buying a Franchise

To Bevis, now is a great time to consider buying a franchise. “Be sure to dig deep into who you would potentially partner with as a franchisor.” For aspiring entrepreneurs specifically considering home care, Bevis suggests asking specific, often-missed questions regarding support and franchisee satisfaction.
