Doty Helps Drive the Senior Care Franchise’s Expansion Efforts
Caring Senior Service, a non-medical, personalized home care services franchise, has named Ken Doty chief operating officer. Doty brings 20-plus years of experience, including leadership roles in franchise development, multi-site operations, and running his own property management company.
He began his career running Sirius Insites, a technology consulting firm that implemented enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. One of the company’s clients, The Maids International, invited him to join its team to strengthen its franchisee technology stack. From there, Doty advanced through executive roles with The Maids International, including chief development officer and chief operations officer.
A mutual friend in the senior care industry introduced him to Caring Senior Service, and Doty said he found the brand’s strong family culture and commitment to clients and franchise owners attractive. “The timing was perfect. I wanted to join a team that valued culture, client care and growth — and Caring Senior Service was exactly that fit. Doty said his experience as president and CEO of Sirius Insites and as owner of Tri Win Properties real estate management company gives him insight into the challenges entrepreneurs face, while his 12 years in home services franchising have equipped him to effectively support franchise owners. “Serving others has always been my calling, whether that means helping franchisees reach their goals or helping seniors live with dignity and respect,” he said.
A Growing Team
In addition to bringing Doty on board, Caring Senior Service has named Justin McAdoo its new chief technology officer.
