Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, a modernized automat concept with a 100% contactless ordering system, announced Michael Liristis as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Liristis will oversee Brooklyn Dumpling Shop’s daily operations and foster its growth.

Franchisors have worked tirelessly to create a successful business model, and it’s important not to deviate from their standards. Take the time to fully understand how the system works and why it has been successful. Once you do, avoid the temptation to make unnecessary changes or alterations that could potentially disrupt a carefully crafted formula.”
