Ciaccio Joined Parent Company Evive Brands in 2021

Brandon Ciaccio is the new brand president with Grasons, a national estate sale and business liquidation franchise under the Evive Brands umbrella. Ciaccio previously served as vice president of operations for The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, another Evive Brands company where he played a key role in operational growth, system innovation and franchise performance, growing the brand from $9 million to more than $100 million in annual systemwide revenue in just four years.

“I joined Evive Brands because the vision matched exactly what I believe franchising should represent,” Ciaccio said. “Evive doesn’t just acquire brands; it invests in them. I saw a leadership group that wanted to build intentional, value-driven brands rather than chase growth for the optics. That resonated with me.”

Since joining Evive in 2021, he said the company’s evolution has been remarkable. “Alignment across the organization is strong. Operational performance has sharpened. Support resources have expanded. And there’s a genuine, shared commitment to building brands that stand the test of time. You can feel the momentum throughout the entire system. It’s exciting to be a part of.”

Ciaccio said leading The Brothers That Just Do Gutters prepared him for the role with Grasons because he understands the importance of building strong foundations. “Culture, operations and client experience must come first before aiming for scale. That taught me how to support franchisees at scale, how to design systems that hold up under rapid growth and how to create a culture where owners feel valued and capable of winning.”

He said this perspective shapes his approach to leading Grasons into the future, and he underscored the need to stay curious and resist complacency. “We’re constantly evaluating our training, refining operations and strengthening our support and service. After every initiative, we ask ourselves, ‘Is this the best version of this?’ That mindset is what keeps us moving forward. Change is inevitable, and we’re here for it!”

Ciaccio said Evive Brands plays a major role in Grasons’ growth by bringing strong resources, expertise, technology and leadership support. “It gives us the ability to scale faster, but more importantly, to scale the right way. The cultural alignment between Evive and Grasons is a major reason our growth has accelerated so quickly, and why the trajectory ahead looks even stronger.”

Ryan Parsons, CEO of Evive Brands, said Ciaccio’s strong record of leadership makes him a great fit for this role. “I’ve worked with him for years, and his ability to grow, learn and execute is unmatched. He moves quickly, listens well and isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves and work alongside the team. Franchise owners trust him, and his impact on operations speaks for itself. I’m excited for the focus and momentum he’s going to bring to Grasons,” Parsons said.

Leadership Philosophy

Ciaccio described his leadership philosophy as being centered on three pillars: culture, operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience. “Those pillars are the backbone of every successful franchise system I’ve been part of. I believe in transparency, accountability and building genuine relationships with the people I lead. At the end of the day, businesses are built by human beings. When you support well, challenge appropriately and care about their success, high performance becomes the natural outcome.”
