Pirrotti-Dranchak Works to Fuel Sustainable Growth and Enhance Customer Experiences
FranFund, a leading franchise funding solutions provider, has appointed Andrea Pirrotti-Dranchak as vice president of development. She will leverage her 20-plus years of experience across both B2B and B2C sectors to fuel sustainable growth and enhance FranFund customer experiences.
Pirrotti-Dranchak said the brand’s people and stellar reputation made joining the leadership team a no-brainer. “FranFund was recently named the No. 1 supplier in the banking/financing category in Entrepreneur magazine’s survey of over 800 franchisors,” she said. “It’s like winning a Grammy in franchising – an award voted on by peers, which makes it even more meaningful. This recognition speaks volumes about the leadership team and exceptional products and services at FranFund.”
Sherri Seiber, president of FranFund, said Pirrotti-Dranchak’s expertise in global growth strategies and her passion for innovation make her a perfect fit. “Her leadership will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to deliver exceptional service and unmatched funding solutions, helping franchisees achieve their dreams of business ownership,” Seiber said.

Pirrotti-Dranchak said she is excited to help aspiring franchise owners realize their dreams. “Along the way, I get to deepen my understanding of familiar franchise concepts, explore new ones and uncover emerging trends shaping the industry,” she said. “I’m also thrilled to collaborate with franchise consultants who guide candidates toward achieving their dreams of owning a business. Together, we’re making a meaningful impact on franchising and the lives it touches, and I couldn’t be more excited to play a part in that.”
A Franchising Veteran
Pirrotti-Dranchak’s franchising journey began at IWG (formerly Regus Business Centres), where she served as vice president of Americas marketing and later as global vice president of marketing. Her first experience working with franchise owners came when IWG acquired Stratis, a boutique coworking franchise. She later joined Office Evolution as chief marketing and development officer, and then served as global enterprise director of sales, marketing and development for NewFlex, a UK-based commercial real estate company.
“Each of these experiences has sharpened my ability to navigate uncertainty and drive success,” she said. “What I love most about franchising is the people – smart, talented and driven franchisees, suppliers and franchisors. I take great joy in sharing my expertise to help them drive profitable revenue and a sustainable competitive advantage, while constantly learning and growing from every connection I make.”
Channeling Passions
Pirrotti-Dranchak said franchise candidates should be transparent and accurate about their finances to increase their chances of success. “No application is flawless, but when we have the full picture, we can leverage our expertise to craft the best funding solution for their unique needs.”
She advised entrepreneurs looking to become franchisors should start with financially stable franchisees who will validate the system’s success to drive franchise sales. “Resist the temptation to accept just anyone – award franchises to candidates with a solid financial foundation and the liquidity to navigate challenges and invest in growth.”
Pirrotti-Dranchak, who said she dreamed as a child of becoming a rock star, now channels that same passion into creating scalable systems and processes that drive predictable, profitable revenue for businesses. “At FranFund, this means setting the stage for franchisees and franchisors to achieve lasting success.”
