Innovative Anti-Aging Franchise Drives Engagement Through Personalized Treatments
- 4Ever Young is growing quickly as demand rises for anti-aging, vitality and wellness services.
- The franchise offers recurring revenue through flexible programs and high-value membership options.
- Franchise owners make a meaningful impact by helping people feel healthier, more confident and in control of aging.
4Ever Young franchisees appreciate the booming market and recurring revenue of their fast-growing brand, which blends wellness and aesthetic services. “But it’s more than just good business,” says Dan Amin, co-CEO and managing partner of Highmount Madison, the private equity firm that owns 4Ever Young. “It’s meaningful work.
“We believe that thriving individuals help build thriving communities, and we’re committed to making a positive impact beyond the walls of our centers. As an owner, you help people in your community feel healthier, more confident and more in control of how they age. You create lasting impact and transform lives. Franchises also give back by hosting wellness education events, partnering with community organizations, and discounting services to local first responders, veterans or individuals in need, extending access to care.”
The takeaway, Amin says, is that franchise owners “build something meaningful within the rapidly growing world of anti-aging, vitality and longevity. 4Ever Young has redefined what it means to age well. For more than a decade, it has combined cutting-edge treatments with personalized care to deliver the innovative solutions that today’s patients want.”
The brand was founded in 2014 in Boca Raton, Fla., and began franchising in 2019 after scaling to three corporate locations in South Florida. Highmount Madison bought 4Ever Young in October 2023 and installed a new leadership team to expedite growth. “We have 64 locations nationwide now, and by the end of the year, we’ll have 70,” Amin says.
Because it is highly scalable, “4Ever Young is positioned to lead the national movement toward holistic aging,” he adds. “Our business model blends a flexible pay-as-you-go structure with high-value membership options. This encourages long-term engagement while making our care accessible. Patients can choose individual treatments or join a membership program to receive consistent care, savings and exclusive perks.”
4Ever Young’s Wellness Treatments
Franchises offer aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers and facials, along with wellness services like testosterone therapy, intravenous vitamin infusions and medical weight loss assistance. “Every treatment plan begins with a thorough assessment, including advanced lab testing and body composition analysis, to create a personalized road map for lasting vitality and confidence,” Amin says. “The physicians, physician assistants and nurses in our medical teams ensure that every solution is safe, effective, grounded in science and tailored to each individual’s needs.”
4Ever Young clients want to take charge of how they age, he says. “They care about their health, their energy and how they show up in the world. They’re looking for science-backed support to help them feel and look their best. Most are in their 30s to 60s and have changes they want to address. That might be lower energy, weight that’s been hard to lose, or skin that doesn’t bounce back the way it used to. Many work out and eat well. Others feel ‘off’ and aren’t sure where to begin.
“What they all have in common is a desire to feel good again — stronger, more confident and in control. That’s where we come in. We meet people where they are and help them build a plan that fits their goals and lifestyle.”
Tech-Driven Brand
4Ever Young clients love the easy scheduling available through the brand’s high-tech digital portals and the system’s automated reminders. For franchisees, technology also simplifies scheduling, as well as billing and reporting. “In addition, we have marketing automation tools to drive consistent lead generation and patient retention, plus real-time analytics that easily track performance and optimize growth in a booming industry,” Amin says. “The global anti-aging market is projected to hit $92 billion by 2030, and the wellness sector has already surpassed $2.5 trillion in North America alone.”
He says 4Ever Young franchisees typically come from one of three professional backgrounds: medical practitioners; multi-unit, multi-brand franchisees experienced in business operations; and entrepreneurs with success in corporate sales, marketing and team-building. Territories are available in every state.
