300-Plus Franchise Brands and More Than 70 Educational Seminars on Tap at IFE2023
Thousands of franchise professionals from across the globe will head to New York City this June for the International Franchise Expo (IFE), the world’s largest and most comprehensive franchise expo. MFV Expositions and Comexposium will host IFE from June 1-3, 2023 at the Javits Center in New York City. During IFE, attendees will have the opportunity to build relationships with franchise executives, franchisees and other people within the franchise community.
Potential franchisees also can meet with representatives for lenders who have expertise in financing related to the franchise industry. And franchisors can pick up tips and techniques for expanding their footprints.
Vast Array of Franchise Brands

IFE will feature more than 300 franchise brands – from emerging, cutting-edge newcomers to medium-size companies and large, well-established franchisors. These brands encompass a sweeping range of industries, from restaurants and home services to fitness, beauty, caregiving and more. Aspiring business owners can invest as little as $10,000 to launch their own franchises.
Some 6,000 attendees representing more than 120 nations are expected to converge at this conference. They will be able to find out about innovations, rising trends and growth plans within franchise brands.
International Franchise Expo Agenda

Seventy-plus seminars scheduled at the expo will offer opportunities for learning, networking and developing businesses. Attendees can custom-build their conference experiences by sitting in on the seminars of greatest interest and benefit to them. Seminar titles include Franchising Fundamentals: Interacting with Franchisors, A to Z’S of Buying a Franchise, How Women Can Be Successful in Today’s Franchise Marketplace, and 5 Habits of the Highly Successful Franchisor. A full agenda with times and details about the seminars can be found on the IFE website.
In addition, there are two certified franchise executive (CFE) special sessions available during this New York expo: (1) Gaining an In-Depth Understanding of Franchising and (2) Foundations of Franchisee Support: How Supporting Franchisees Impacts Your System’s Success and Sales. Martin Joksimovic, president of MFV Expositions, said that the expo represents an opportunity for each participant “to learn, grow as an entrepreneur and open a business” and that the event offers entrepreneurs “the resources and knowledge they need to succeed in franchising.” Joksimovic also noted that franchising is “expected to add approximately 254,000 jobs and grow financially to $860.1 billion in 2023.”
