February 19, 2009 - Owing to the great results she experienced in her own business by working with an ActionCOACH, Barbara Zuleger joined the ActionCOACH business coaching firm owned by Kelli Hoskins in Minneapolis.

She will be working mostly with businesses in the suburban area of Minneapolis.

“Being in business, I see so many business owners struggling with time, team and money related issues that the idea of helping them find a stronger approach to their business success was a big motivator for me to enter this field,” she said.

Zuleger along with her husband owns a family business of custom awards and decorated apparel, and has dedicated the past 12 years of her life to it. She has worked to grow this family business from a part-time $25,000 business to one that employs eight people with sales of over $300,000.

“My experience as a business owner/operator helps me understand the concerns of my clients,” she said. “Knowing what they should do is not always enough. You need to know how to get there and have someone holding you accountable.”

Zuleger has seen Hoskins’ business grow substantially from the time she coached her in her own family business. In addition to this, she was also impressed by the systems at ActionCOACH, which helped her own business immensely.
