September 21, 2008 - The Glass Doctor® of Indianapolis franchise, now owned by Tim Jokl, is ready to “fix your panes.®”

Part of the nation’s largest full-service glass repair and replacement company, Glass Doctor of Indianapolis offers residential, automotive, and commercial glass services to Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Madison, Morgan and Shelby Counties.

Jokl recently purchased the Indianapolis territory from Bill Ziegler, who still owns Glass Doctor stores in Ft. Wayne, Ind., as well as Louisville and Owensboro, Ky.

“I’m proud to be a part of the Glass Doctor franchise system, because it makes customer satisfaction the top priority,” Tim Jokl said. “Indianapolis is a fast-growing market, so I’m sure Glass Doctor of Indianapolis will be a successful franchise in its own right.”

In August Jokl attended a two-week training course on the latest glass repair technology, customer service techniques and marketing methods, which was conducted at the Glass Doctor corporate headquarters in Waco, Texas. Training also included the basics of window repair, windshield replacement and storefront installation.

“I know Tim and the Glass Doctor of Indianapolis team will quickly expand and improve their business,” said Mark Dawson, president of Glass Doctor. “I believe their business will be successful because we all operate under the same core values.”

Offering G12 to the Indianapolis market will be one improvement. With every OEM (original equipment manufactured) windshield installed, Glass Doctor of Indianapolis will offer G12, a one-year guarantee on windshield replacement. If an OEM replacement windshield that a Glass Doctor franchise has installed is damaged or broken within 12 months of the replacement date, Glass Doctor will repair or replace the windshield glass only at no additional charge to the customer (some vehicle restrictions apply).

Located at 7753 E. 89th Street, Glass Doctor of Indianapolis is open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. – noon Saturday.
